I have bought several times .If you have a fine textured fish that you want to can these are the way to go.They do require a compartment vac machine .If you follow directions and have your machine set right you will be verry happy with these.They are great to take with you put in your pack .Dont need a can opener or dont have to worry about broken jars.My only problem is i had not discoverred them earlier .The effort put forth is well worth the rewards .I have not done any meat in these but fish is wonderfull.
