   Production Modes

   Two production workflows are available for such labels to meet different output requirements:

   1. Semi-Automatic ProductionPre-cut single sheets are manually slipped over bottle bodies before being fed into semi-automatic heat shrink tunnels for shaping. This solution requires low equipment investment and simple operation, ideal for flexible small-to-medium batch manufacturing.
   2. Fully Automatic Roll-Fed ProductionMachines automatically complete roll feeding, precision cutting, sleeving and heat shrinking in one integrated cycle with zero manual intervention. BOPP is a plastic substrate designed for automatic labeling. Unlike full-wrap shrink sleeves, these labels only adhere to the mid-section of bottles, serving as a popular minimalist packaging solution for beverages.

Therefore, pearlescent adhesive labels are better suited for small-to-medium batches demanding premium texture and heavy-duty protection, rather than high-volume FMCG mass manufacturing.

II. PE Sleeves

PE sleeves represent a niche, highly specialized sleeve material.

1. Soft, flexible and highly stretch-resistant with outstanding low-temperature resistance and anti-brittle cracking performance. Distinct from automated shrink sleeves, PE sleeves rely entirely on manual sleeving with no requirement for automatic processing equipment.

3. Specialized production and operation thresholds with extremely tight dimensional tolerance control; minor size deviations lead to difficult sleeving, loose detachment and uneven fitting.
4. Slow manual application drives higher labor costs, making this material entirely unsuitable for mass production. It exclusively serves small-batch bespoke orders, niche product lines and export custom projects.
